I did it a few years ago, and am not sorry. It was the only site I ever tried, so I have no other online comparison, but my decision to quit was based more on a personal distaste for meeting that way than to any problem with eHarmony itself. I see no problem with someone giving that site a shot.

Yes, give it a try. I am about to marry the love of my life in a little under 4 months (june 2010) and we met on Eharmony. It took about 6 months for me to find him but he was only on the site about 3 months. Be patient and it will happen!
