You probably can't tell, but it's all incredibly healthy stuff: fruit, veggies, fat-free yogurt, and (unseen) tilapia fish fillets. Day 3 of Detox and I'm holding it down without coffee, meat (for the most part), or bread. Essentially, all my food looks like trees.
